About Kate Ramsay

Kate Ramsay is a leadership coach, mentor and writer. She is Managing Director of AnD Leadership Consulting, a boutique business that provides coaching and mentoring support to leaders and emerging leaders, and many of her clients are women. She has previously worked as an equal opportunity consultant, a hospital nurse, a midwife and a community nurse. She is the author of Go with love – a memoir about love, loss and learning (2015), and co-author with Patricia Bellamy of Barriers to women working in corporate management (1994). Kate also produces the Value Adding Newsletter, a quarterly newsletter about how coaching can add value to life. She has just distributed edition # 94 of this newsletter.

On a personal level, Kate lives in the hills inland from Byron Bay. She is the proud mother of an adult daughter and an adult son and the proud grandmother to 5 granddaughters to whom she has dedicated this book.
